Belladonna takes part in fan-run fashion shows at a number of Anime and pop-culture events around the United States. These events typically encourage us to use attendee volunteer models. For events that do not issue us a list of models, we use this form to collect information from interested volunteer models. Please note that you must have a valid attendee badge for the event to participate.
For legal reasons, and because event typically do not have enough space for chaperones back stage, we currently do not accept applications from minors.
